HAPPY ADAR!!!!
i luv adar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So the first shtick we did was on rosh chodesh (last week). We moved all the desks in the school, from all the classrooms, grades 1-12, to the auditorium. (we were smart enough to mark where all the desks came from, so that the teachers/mrs.weiner didn't kil us.) We lined them all up in rows, put a tachers desk on the stage, brought in a blackboard(our school has a couple that are on wheels) and put a sign on the outside of the auditorium door saying "SATs in progress. No entry between 8:00AM and 1:00PM. It was really fun..... except that the next morning we had to lug them all back to the correct classrooms. (And someone managed to put tova's desk in room 13 instead of 31. Meaning in the 3rd grade instead of the 10th. Oh well..... maybe there's a message there, tova....)
The next one was in R' taitelbaum's class. We had kayla c. come into the classroom, before R' T got there and.... get this.... duct tape us to our chairs!!!! We even had her duct tape a couple ppl's mouth's shut. The reason for this was that we had all joked with him about a quiet class, etc. So we were quiet...... ok it didn't go quite as we planned. We ended up talking and laughing more than usual, and the people with taped mouths may have made more noise than those without. Then when he went to teach..... we couldn't take notes!! It was pretty funny anyway though. The really really funny part was when we almost didn't go to HLA (the class after MY with R'T) becasue we were still attatched to our chairs.
The seiniors also did one (on their own classroom) that was pretty cute. They turned their classroom into a wedding.... seinior kalahs! OD YESHAMA!!!!! YAY!!!! MAZAL TOV!!!!!!
The junior high did a shtick on us - they loched us out of the lounge and sent us on a scavenger hunt around the building. While we searched, they made the room look like a jail.... black streamers in stripes down the windows and hanging in a line frome the ceiling. kinda cute, but the jail part wasn't nearly as insane as we were expecting from them.
And the best one will be tomorrow - were doing one on Mrs. L. But i'll report on that once its over so that the secret won't get out. Though most who are reading this already know whats going on.
SMILE, IT'S ADAR!!!! HAPPY ADAR!!!!!!!!!!!
